I’m proud to have co-authored two books. In Counselling in Relationships, each chapter focuses on a specific family composition. I contributed a chapter on supporting Immigrant and Refugee families in working through family relationship concerns. In Self-Care Transformed, my co-author Vicki Enns and I wrote about approaching self-care from a proactive, wholistic, sustainable, value-based lens that also includes conversations on the place of grief, anger, joy, rest, and community.
